Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business leads through outbound activity, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Arrange product demonstrations and present tailored proposals to potential clients.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the construction space.
  • Work closely with technical pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Accurately maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven success in a B2B sales role, ideally within the construction, software, or tech industry.
  • Understanding of construction estimating workflows is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for winning new business.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce or similar).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
