About the role
  • Providing first-level support to our national teams via phone, email, in person, and remote tooling
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and Microsoft 365 issues
  • Escalate issues to other team members when needed
  • Deployment of new PCs to staff and decommissioning of old equipment
  • Assist in maintaining internal documentation and procedures
