Realmark Strata is seeking a highly organised Strata Manager to take over a well-maintained, stable portfolio of 45 residential and mixed-use buildings, covering approximately 700 lots.

You'll work with a supportive, collaborative team in a modern office environment located centrally in Leederville.   • A desire to build strong relationships with Councils of Owners, clients, contractors, and residents
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions and grow
  • Customer-focused mindset with proactive approach
  • Applicants are required to have experience in strata management
