Restaurant Floor Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Floor Supervisor to join our team.

We are seeking an individual with exceptional leadership skills, who can manage and run a restaurant floor efficiently and effectively.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives and goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Front of House Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
