We are seeking a motivated Reservation Sales Agent to enhance hotel performance and ensure guests have memorable experiences. This role combines sales expertise with exceptional service, maximizing occupancy and rates while making guests feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling to improve guest experiences and hotel performance.
  • Answer calls and emails professionally, providing personalized and efficient service.
  • Accurately input guest reservations and information with attention to detail.
  • Address guest concerns courteously, ensuring positive resolutions.
  • Monitor rates and promotions regularly to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Front Office or Reservations roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Opera Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Strong service orientation with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
