We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team, embodying these values and committed to excellent service.

The Role:

You will be the first point of contact for customers and support our Sales team by ensuring smooth, accurate, and friendly communication via phone, email, web, and social media channels.

Your responsibilities include answering product questions, processing orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with other teams to reflect our commitment to excellent service, grounded in our core value of Care.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Enquiries & Support

  • Respond to customer queries regarding product availability, deliveries, and general information promptly and helpfully.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring positive experiences.
  • Coordinate deliveries with transport providers to ensure timely and intact arrival of products.

Order Management

  • Accurately process customer orders with attention to detail.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our product range, promotions, and new launches to support customers confidently.
  • Utilise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and logistics/order management systems (e.g., Lawson M3) efficiently.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
  • Investigate and process customer claims thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Keep clear and accurate records of interactions in Salesforce.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, is highly valued; familiarity with order management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Shopify experience is advantageous.
  • Positive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships quickly.
  • Collaborative team player contributing to a supportive, high-performing culture.
