This business is dedicated to redefining mental health care. Their data driven approach ranks them in the top 25% worldwide, helping 8 out of 10 clients recover from mental health challenges. Now, they are pioneering a world-first model, moving from traditional therapy to a comprehensive "Care Package" that combines therapy, mindfulness, sleep coaching, and yoga in order to deliver better results for more people.

The Role

As Business Manager, you will oversee the operational, financial, and strategic functions of the clinic, ensuring their new Care Package model is scalable, sustainable, and impactful. You will lead a dynamic team, optimise business performance, and support our mission to improve mental health outcomes on a large scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage budgets, conduct fortnightly reviews, and prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Drive strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Streamline clinic operations through systematisation and dashboard management.
  • Lead and support reception staff, monitor referral conversions, and optimise bookings.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts, including newsletters and outreach activities.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and foster a positive team culture.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in business management or healthcare operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively.
  • Desirable: experience in mental health services, healthcare compliance, or marketing.
What We Offer
  • Base salary of $110,000 + superannuation.
  • Equity stake of 10% after the first year (performance-based).
