We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Online and Brisbane Campus Student Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities and initiatives that foster a vibrant and supportive learning environment for our students across both online and on-campus platforms.

  • Line management of the Online and Brisbane Student Engagement team, ensuring staff are effectively inducted, trained and motivated to deliver high-quality services in a digital and on-campus environment
  • Provide high level advice and support to Student Engagement staff on digital engagement policy and procedure, assisting with escalated online student enquires
  • Provide operational management of online and on-campus service channels and virtual engagement platforms in conjunction with the National Student Engagement Manager
  • Contribute to the development of college processes and procedure at a national level to ensure consistency and a seamless student experience
  • Deploy and operationalise national student experience policies within the online cohort.
  • Utilise online platforms, social media, and learning management systems to facilitate virtual engagement opportunities and promote campus resources
  • Project manage online and hybrid student events, including virtual open days, graduations, orientation programs, student town halls and webinars, represent ACAP in virtual forums and expos as required
  • Assist with the resolution, reporting and management of student complaints
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulatory environment including ESOS Act, National Code, Prisms, applicable visa rules and any other regulatory frameworks that may apply
Qualifications
  • Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a degree, or completion of an associate diploma with at least two years' subsequent relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse student populations
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in using online platforms, learning management systems, and virtual learning environments
  • Skills in creating systems and processes which support customer driven outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team, using influence or reporting to achieve team objectives
  • Ability to work as part of a team and in a way that is flexible and adaptable
  • Willingness to embrace change within a dynamic environment of systems, processes and personnel responsibilities
  • Self-disciplined and independently driven but able to work effectively in a team environment with shared goals
