Overview

Student Engagement Advisor at Risepoint Australia. This role supports recruitment of prospective students for postgraduate study across Australia. The Student Engagement team develops and executes recruitment strategies and guides students through the application and enrolment process.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Student Engagement Manager; serve as the first point of contact for students from across Australia seeking guidance on postgraduate study.
  • Represent partner universities and guide prospective students from inquiry to application submission and enrolment; provide thorough information about courses and coordinate with various departments. Offer support to students through obstacles with a student-centric, service-oriented approach.
  • Phone and Email-Based Student Outreach: contacting warm leads who have enquired about partner programs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Academic Services and Student Support to maintain a continuous feedback loop and share insights for product development and industry opportunities.
  • Maintain data integrity: keep student records up to date to ensure correct information regarding applications and enrolment.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years in a customer service role or related field.
  • Experience in sales support or education-related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication; client service orientation.
  • Ability to work with integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Attributes: customer-focused, student-centric, strong communication, attention to detail.
  • Location: occasional interstate travel; must reside in Australia.
