About The Role

Reporting to the People Experience Leader, The Learning & Development Advisor plays a key role in supporting the design, delivery and evaluation of learning, development and capability initiatives across the organisation. The role partners with people partners, leaders and employees to uplift organisational capability, drive continuous learning, and ensure alignment to strategic workforce priorities.

This role is a 12 month maternity leave cover.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Support the development and delivery of learning programs (face-to-face, digital, blended).
  • Coordinate onboarding, mandatory training, and compliance learning programs.
  • Develop and support capability frameworks and career pathway initiatives aligned to business strategy and initiatives
  • Provide advice and guidance on development opportunities

Capability & Talent

  • Support talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of performance and capability frameworks.
  • Contribute to cultural and engagement initiatives that enhance organisational capability.

Program Coordination & Administration

  • Manage learning systems (LMS) including enrolments, reporting, and compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate external training providers and monitor program effectiveness.
  • Manage training vendor list and relationships
  • Prepare reports and insights on learning outcomes and workforce capability metrics.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with best practice and emerging trends in learning, capability, and talent development.
About You
  • Experience in coordinating and supporting learning and development initiatives.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Experience in design and delivery of custom training
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and MS Office suite
  • A hands on approach and a "+can do" enthusiastic attitude
  • Exceptional administration skills including excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy levels
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
