We're looking for a hands-on L&OD professional who thrives in autonomous roles, is driven by purpose, and wants to build capability across the full HR lifecycle, from onboarding and induction to leadership and behavioural development.

What You'll Be Doing

As the L&OD Advisor, you'll play a central role in delivering programs that shape culture, boost capability, and drive engagement across a high-impact operational workforce.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering practical, bite-sized learning programs tailored for blue-collar and field-based teams
  • Supporting employee engagement surveys and converting data into actionable insights
  • Embedding values, behavioural frameworks, and leadership capability tools
  • Leading onboarding and induction refresh projects with a focus on simplicity and impact
  • Building and maintaining learning and development content within internal systems and platforms
  • Supporting culture, change, and inclusion initiatives with a focus on communication and engagement
  • Partnering closely with leaders across operational and support teams
About You

This role will suit a values-led people professional who is ready to take ownership and drive learning and OD initiatives from end to end.

You will bring:

  • 3–5+ years in OD, L&D, or employee experience roles
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles and microlearning strategies
  • Experience designing and delivering training for operational or frontline teams
  • Confidence using LMS, HRIS and survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics or similar)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • The ability to work autonomously while influencing a range of stakeholders
  • A curious mindset and a drive to make a positive, lasting impact
