The company:
This role is perfectly suited for an environment and planning lawyer, a corporate projects lawyer, resources and energy lawyer or property lawyer who is looking to join a team highly regarded across Australia. This is a rare opportunity to branch out and broaden your skills on challenging projects work.

About the role:
This national projects practice is highly regarded across Australia and will see you:
  • working for "explorer" clients through to large national and international resources companies both locally and internationally;
  • advising on renewables as well as traditional mining and resources projects from concept to completion; and
  • involved in the project life cycle from the approvals process including environmental and native title issues through to land access as well as working closely with the corporate practice.
Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:
  • a genuine interest in native title, major projects and mining work;
  • 2-8 years' post admission in planning and environment law, corporate, energy and resources, projects or high end property law;
  • solid academics from your LLB;
  • strong drafting skills and an ability to think outside the box; and
  • the confidence to be given a good deal of autonomy while also working closely in a team on large projects.
