Customer Advisor

Part-time Customer Advisor based in our Wodonga Branch. 3 days per week: Monday 9:00am – 4:30pm, Thursday 9:00am – 4:30pm, and Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm. Work in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

• Support our Wodonga Branch by being the first point of contact for our customers and put them at the centre of everything you do
• Assist our customers to identify the most suitable products and services including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Ensure our customers receive a seamless, consistent, and tailored experience every step of the way and ensure all details are accurate and up to date
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
• Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career
