Overview

Casual Customer Experience Representative - Glendale Centre, on-site casual ongoing position. Monday to Friday. This role is about more than answering phones; join a welcoming team helping patients access care.

Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to patients
  • Managing cancellations and rescheduling
  • Handling inbound calls with professionalism and care
  • Booking patients in for routine check and cleans

This is an on-site, casual ongoing role at our Glendale Centre.

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: Flexible - with options such as a half day on Fridays
  • Flexibility in start/finish times may be offered for the right candidate

Previous dental experience is a bonus, but not essential - full training will be provided.
