Join Pacific Smiles at our welcoming Glendale Centre, where every call makes a difference. This is not your typical call centre job - you'll be part of a tight-knit, supportive team helping patients access the care they need.

We're currently seeking a
Casual Customer Experience Representative
who is enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to take on a vital role within our team.

About the Role

As part of Pacific Smiles your role will involve:

  • Making outbound calls to patients
  • Managing cancellations and rescheduling
  • Handling inbound calls with professionalism and care
  • Booking patients in for routine check and cleans

This is an
on-site, casual ongoing role
at our Glendale Centre.

  • Days:
    Monday to Friday
  • Hours:
    Flexible - with options such as a half day on Fridays
  • Flexibility in start/finish times may be offered for the right candidate

Previous dental experience is a bonus, but not essential - full training will be provided.
