In this job you will:

As a site operations manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure transport operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.

  • Lead multi-customer operations within the site
  • Drive and implement strategic initiatives
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Maintain location and inventory accuracy
  • Drive site budgets and P&L's accountability

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience within transport
  • Exceptional end-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain Operations
  • Excellent people management and influencing skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred)
