About Our Client

Job Description
  • Manage day-to-day operations of property assets to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs in line with organisational standards.
  • Negotiate and oversee lease agreements with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Monitor property budgets and manage associated expenses effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support property-related projects.
  • Provide regular reporting on property performance and operational updates.
  • Resolve tenant and stakeholder queries promptly and professionally.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Property Manager should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in property management or a related field.
  • Experience in managing property assets within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting effectively.
