Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Penrith, NSW. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, staff development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with legal regulations. They will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Onboarding skills
  • Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Procedures, and Programs
  • Compliance with Legal Regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
