Base pay range NPR80,000.00/yr - NPR120,000.00/yr Award Global was established in 2005, originated from mortgage business and expanded into a one-stop service provider.

Our aim is to service a multi-cultural brand that stands for exceptional results, quality, integrity and most premium customer service About The Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support our growing team in Sydney.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Manage performance appraisal systems and support continuous employee development.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and workplace health and safety (WHS) standards.
Maintain HR records, contracts, and policies in accordance with company and legislative requirements.
Design and deliver staff engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives.
Lead remuneration reviews and assist in workforce planning and budgeting.
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues and best practices.
Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5–8 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
Bilingual (Mandarin & English) preferred Somesome who has experience in financial services, real estate or Mortgage Broking industry will be preferred Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, modern awards, and WHS requirements.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven experience in managing HR systems Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operations.
