A highly reputable Tier 2 commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across Victoria is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an education refurbishment valued at $3.5M, based in Eagle Point.
The Role
As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful on-site delivery of this live school refurbishment. You'll be supported by a Project Manager and Contracts Administrator and backed by head office systems and resources that strike the right balance between structure and flexibility.
Key responsibilities include :
- Coordinating all site activity and subcontractors
- Ensuring safety, quality, and program compliance
- Managing communication with school stakeholders and consultants
- Delivering the project to a high standard while maintaining a collaborative site culture
What You'll Need to Succeed
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects between $2M–$5MTrack record delivering live environment refurbishments (education experience highly regarded)Ability to confidently manage schedules, subcontractors, and stakeholder expectationsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsBased locally or willing to travel / stay in Eagle Point during the projectWhat's in It for You
