We are seeking a proactive and skilled Site Manager to oversee our Point Wilson facility.
In this critical role, you'll manage daily site operations, ensure rigorous safety and security standards, and lead a dedicated team, all while supporting the growth and operational excellence of the site.Operate and manage the Point Wilson facilityLead, motivate, and manage the site team to ensure effective resource allocation and operational successFoster strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, government agencies, and service providersOversee and maintain security, quality, safety, and environmental complianceManage operational support (wharf shipping, storage, distribution, and maintenance) and ensure depot preparedness for emergenciesDevelop and maintain workforce capability and succession planning to meet site needsAdminister local recruitment, staff development, and performance management processesProvide up-to-date information to management on revenue opportunities, customer needs, market changes, and compliance mattersMaintain documentation, process improvements, system design, and quality standards as part of ongoing business improvementYour Experience Diploma of Business (Logistics Management) or equivalent (or ability to obtain)Strong background in logistics and multi-mode transport operationsProven experience in leading and developing teams, with sound business and personnel management abilitiesPrevious experience in Defence and/or EO supply chain would be highly advantageousWe Encourage You to Apply After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
