**Job Role:** Facilities Coordinator
This is a full-time, site-based position where you'll play a central part in managing various facilities services. Your role will involve supporting the business and overseeing the property portfolio under our care.
You'll be the key point of contact for coordinating hard and soft Facility Management services. This includes working closely with third-party contractors to ensure seamless service delivery, while also ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and legislative requirements.
Your responsibilities will include day-to-day operations, maintaining buildings to the highest standards, and supporting business-as-usual activities. You'll also be the go-to person for any facilities-related queries in the absence of your supervisor or during remote working.
A core part of this role involves adhering to our Health and Safety Handbook, contributing to global Health and Safety policy implementation, and tracking and reporting on key programs like ESG and Health & Safety.
- Primary site contact for coordination.
- Liaison & coordination with business occupiers.
- Manage & liaise with contractors, consultants, Landlords.
- Manage day-to-day building issues.
- Deliver projects as assigned.
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments.
- Coordinate H&S tasks.
- Manage evac procedures, policies, training.
- Procure facilities resources & services.
- Review & update business continuity requirements.
