Business Development Manager– Tech & Digital | $70K–$80K Base $140k-$160k OTE
Location: Melbourne | Field Sales | WHV 417 Welcome

If you're confident face-to-face and thrive in a high-energy sales role, this is your shot.

MetaWeb is a fast-growing digital and software agency with deep capability across custom web, app, and portal development, marketing automation, digital strategy, and more. They partner with businesses across Australia to build and grow their digital presence, and they're looking for a motivated BDM to join their Melbourne team and help drive that growth.

This is a field-based sales role. You'll be out every day meeting with business owners, running your own outbound campaign,qualifying inbound leads, and booking meetings, and closing your own deals, managingthe full sales cycle.

What You'll Sell:

Digital services that businesses are actively searching for:

Website development and redesign

Marketing automation and CRM solutions

Branding, SEO, and digital strategy

IT Services

Custom software and portal builds

What You'll Do:

Qualify inbound leads and book high-quality meetings

Build pipeline through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and LinkedIn

Own your local territory across Melbourne (CBD and surrounding)

Maintain clear CRM activity and follow-up discipline

Evolve into a self-sufficient BDM that owns and crushes their quota

Who This Role Suits:

Those with some background in customer-facing sales (retail, telco, donations, fundraising, hospitality upsell)
