About The Role
The Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver is a Full-time position, based at Unanderra, NSW. Reporting to the Branch Controller, you will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.
In This Role, You Will
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
- Support daily warehouse operations, including stock placement, loading, and unloading
- Operate a forklift for the best part of the role — valid forklift licence and experience required
- Manage stock movements, including receiving inbound deliveries and loading customer orders for distribution, while complying with safety requirements
- Accurately complete documentation and ensure proper labelling and presentation of stock
- Perform data entry, respond to phone enquiries, and assist with online order processing when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse through regular general housekeeping tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
About You
- Current forklift license with sufficient experience is essential.
- Computer literacy is desirable.
- Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
- Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships
