Things that work for us:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Leisure & Lifestyle or Diversional Therapy is essential. Other relevant qualification may be acceptable too

• Availability to work Monday to Friday as full time.

• Experience in an aged care homes, developing Leisure & Lifestyle programs including working with dementia clients

• Demonstrated ability to design and evaluate suitable health and wellbeing activities and programs based on health assessment

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities

• Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) is mandatory
