About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a special kind of person – a St Vincent's kind of person.

As aLeisure &Lifestyle Coordinator(also known as Diversional therapist / Recreational coordinator) you will lead the development of exceptional lifestyle programs to promote wellbeing and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
Our commitment is to listen to each resident, understand who each person is - a unique individual who we respect and treat with kindness and compassion.
You will aspire to provide mentorship to Lifestyle Assistants and support them in the requirements of their role to maintain smooth daily running of the program.

Things that work for us:
Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday (8 AM to 3 PM)
Diploma in Leisure & Lifestyle or Diversional Therapy.
Other relevant qualification may be acceptable
Experience in an aged care home, developing Leisure & Lifestyle programs including working with people with dementia
Good leadership and mentoring skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Experience with Autumn Care (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) is mandatory
