We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Recreation and Wellbeing Coordinator.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating engaging experiences for residents in aged care facilities.

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Leisure & Lifestyle or Diversional Therapy is essential
  • Experience in developing leisure programs and working with dementia clients
  • Previous experience in managing small teams and following directives as per care plan
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities

Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Leisure & Lifestyle or Diversional Therapy
  • Experience in aged care facilities and leisure program development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
