Join a small, high-performing team shaping major infrastructure and development projects.We're seeking a driven and capable professional to play a key role in the development and delivery of projects across our group's diverse asset base. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll take ownership of securing critical project and environmental approvals, managing land and property agreements, and overseeing projects from concept through to completion.

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant qualifications in Planning, Environmental Science, Project Development or a related discipline, with professional recognition or membership.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the environmental, energy, industrial, utility or resources sectors.
  • A strategic mindset and problem-solving approach, backed by commercial awareness and strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience delivering development approvals and managing the full project lifecycle — from early-stage planning through to handover.
  • Strong understanding of planning and environmental regulations and approval processes at both the state (NSW) and federal levels.
  • Demonstrated capability in end-to-end project management, from project origination through to delivery.
