Overview

Peoplebank has partnered with a leading global technology consultancy to deliver a portfolio of large-scale, business-critical programs for a high-profile telecommunications client. We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager / Director to provide strategic leadership, governance, and oversight across multiple complex initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct large-scale, complex programs to ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Provide executive-level leadership and accountability, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive program-level planning, execution, and governance while aligning with overall business objectives and strategy.
  • Oversee program financials including forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
  • Establish and manage strong stakeholder engagement, including executive and senior-level presentations.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Lead scope and change management processes, ensuring stability and control of program outcomes.
  • Manage resource allocation and workforce planning across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Oversee third-party vendor and partner engagement, including commercial negotiations.
  • Build a program community of best practice through knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
Role Requirements
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex programs (software, infrastructure, and product implementation).
  • Demonstrated success delivering outcomes in highly complex customer and vendor environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at executive level.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Expertise in governance, risk management, and change management.
  • Ability to identify business growth opportunities and support presales or program extension activities.
