ICT Application Support Officer

Contract Length: 6 Months

Start Date: Immediate

Public Sector People are working with a local council to recruit for an experienced ICT Application Support Officer to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is an immediate start opportunity supporting key business systems across council operations.

About The Role

As an ICT Application Support Officer, you will provide frontline support and resolve incidents and service requests related to TechnologyOne (OnCouncil) systems – with a focus on Ci Anywhere (CiA) and Ci environments.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure system performance and support ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day support for TechnologyOne OnCouncil systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base
  • Support system improvements and user training initiatives

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience supporting TechnologyOne OnCouncil
  • Proficient in Ci Anywhere (CiA) and legacy Ci environments
  • Experience managing and resolving service tickets
