We're seeking an experienced HR generalist to join our amazing team and hit the ground running.

About

Healthscope Independence Services works to help people living with a disability to get the most out of life. For 30 years we have offered community and in-house support in a number of states around Australia promoting a person centred approach to support. We are a passionate team who work with people with disabilities to support them to become independent and live the lives they want to live.

The role

As the HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Development and delivery of HR projects that align with business needs
  • Working on ER cases across the business (experience required)
  • Abiding and advising on IR requirements (experience required)
  • Support the development of HR strategies, focusing on continuous improvement in line with retention and development plans
  • Plan and lead key processes with the business that form part of the HR lifecycle such as recruitment, employee onboarding and off boarding, remuneration and benefits reviews, performance management reviews and talent management
  • Provide advice, coaching and support on a broad range of HR issues and practices

About you

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

  • Relevant HR tertiary qualification or experience in a HR Advisory role
  • Demonstrated success in delivering generalist HR support and advice
  • Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within the community services industry or disability background would be highly regarded
