HR Advisor Make a difference in the lives of people with disability and their families by providing the highest standards of care to individuals with complex disabilities.
We're seeking an experienced HR generalist to join our team and contribute immediately.
About Healthscope Independence Services has been supporting people living with disabilities for over 30 years across various states in Australia, promoting a person-centred approach.
We are passionate about helping individuals become independent and live fulfilling lives.
The role As the HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include: Developing and delivering HR projects aligned with business needs Handling ER cases across the organization (experience required)Advising on IR requirements (experience required)Supporting the development of HR strategies focused on retention and development Leading key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, remuneration reviews, performance management, and talent development Providing advice, coaching, and support on HR issues and practices About you To be successful in this role, ideally you will have: Relevant HR tertiary qualification or experience in a HR advisory role Proven success in delivering generalist HR support and advice Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in the community services or disability sector is highly regarded Interested in learning more?
