About the Role We are seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to support our team on the Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) project based in Braeside, Melbourne.
This is a temporary role (6–12 months) where you will play a critical role in maintaining and promoting health, safety, and environmental standards on a high-profile infrastructure project.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE legislation and company policies while building strong working relationships across site teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
This role requires a proactive safety mindset and the ability to influence a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities Provide HSE support and guidance across the SRL project Engage effectively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations Promote continuous improvement in HSE performance and systems Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and company standards Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and inductions Maintain accurate records and HSE reporting Foster a safety-first culture aligned with Keller's global values Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety or related field (essential)Minimum 5 years' experience in a HSE Advisor role within construction or infrastructure Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Sound knowledge of Victorian WHS legislation and standards Experience conducting audits and investigations Construction industry experience is essential; infrastructure or rail project experience is highly regarded Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively on-site How to apply If you are ready for your next challenge and want to contribute to a major Melbourne infrastructure project with a safety-focused team, apply online today To learn more about us, visit www.keller.com.au Keller Australia is an equal opportunity employer, and we support diversity in our workforce.
