About the role

You will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the Open Space and Infrastructure Division by providing administrative support to the division and responding to customer enquiries.

About you

Thesuccessful candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a similar role;
  • Strong administration skills including but not limited to: accuracy in typing and the use of Microsoft office applications (word, excel, outlook and electronic document systems);
  • A commitment to customer service with proven effective complaints handling and conflict resolution skills and proven ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • High attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities effectively;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • An ability to work well autonomously as well as in a team.

Salary range:

Up to $86K per annum, (including 12% super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitablecandidate.
