You will own critical relationships with drill and blast superintendents, identify new business opportunities and deliver solutions that strengthen our position in the market. Leading a small team of Equipment Specialists, you will also drive aftermarket parts sales and ensure world-class product support.**Key Responsibilities*** Build and maintain trusted relationships with drilling customers and site leaders* Drive sales growth of Caterpillar rotary surface drills and aftermarket parts* Act as the customer's advocate, ensuring product performance and support meet operational needs* Identify opportunities and secure contracts to expand market share* Lead, coach and develop a small team of Equipment Specialists* Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to guide business strategy* Collaborate with internal service, parts, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions* Champion Hastings Deering's commitment to safety, compliance and customer success**About You****To succeed in this role, you will bring:*** Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the drilling industry* Proven success in business development, sales or account management* Ability to cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships at all levels* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing financial and operational outcomes* Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or equivalent experience* A results-driven mindset and ability to lead through influenceAt Hastings Deering, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
