Anything Environmental is a local company, located in Paget, looking for motivated individual to supervise in our landfill diversion facility. We are currently offering a Supervisor position for someone who is confident in their abilities and possess a strong can do work ethic.

The role involves

Supervising a team of While maintaining accuracy, promoting safety and resolving issues to achieve productivity and quality goals

Liaising with the owners of the business and other site management

Working in respective and a fast-pasted environment

Safety Awareness and site management

White Card (Construction Induction Training) and First Aid certification preferred

Communication over CB radio

The successful candidate will be:-

Wanting to work in the recycle industry

Experience in recycling, waste management, manufacturing, or warehouse operations highly regarded

Previous supervising experience - Minimum 2 years of team supervision experience, preferably in manufacturing or logistics

Reliable, punctual and have a can do attitude

Physically fit, capable of prolonged standing and demanding work and able to work within safety standards

Ability to maintain high standards from their team
