About the Role

As a Senior Asset Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of industrial and logistics assets, driving performance through financial excellence, leasing strategies, and proactive management.



Key responsibilities
  • Managing asset-level P&L, cashflow, valuations, and capex planning.
  • Building and maintaining financial models.
  • Leading leasing negotiations to optimise income.
  • Overseeing capex and opex budgets across the portfolio.
  • Presenting asset performance and strategies to senior stakeholders and investors.
  • Collaborating with the transactions, development, and finance teams.


About You

We are seeking a commercially sharp and financially astute professional with:

  • 5+ years' experience in asset management within property funds, investment management, or institutional real estate.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • A track record of delivering improved asset performance and NOI.
  • Experience with industrial/logistics assets preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
