  1. Calling Card Issuing Banks and Cardholders to verify information.
  2. Checking daily activity of held merchant accounts.
  3. Calling merchants regarding questionable transactions and termination letters.
  4. Comparing faxed invoices to merchant applications.
  5. Informing merchants of Visa/MasterCard rules, regulations, and hold policies, and checking merchant websites.
  6. Maintaining a clean background and credit history.
  7. Working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Being self-motivated, organized, and possessing strong communication skills.
  9. Ability to multitask effectively.
