Job Description:- Verify information with stakeholders and customers.
- Monitor daily activity of held accounts.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding questionable transactions and termination letters.
- Review documents in comparison to application requirements.
- Inform stakeholders of regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, and verify their understanding.
- Maintain a clean record and credit history.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
