Sydney, New South Wales, Australia AC Voice Coaching Full time
Speaking & Presentation Mentor | Voice Transformation Specialist | Professional Speaker | Vocal Damage & Fatigue Coach | Confidence Building |…

We're seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Manager to oversee and deliver key marketing projects across our business. This role will begin with 5 hours per week, with plenty of scope to increase as projects grow. We are seeking an individual who can start immediately and hit the ground running.

Your first major project will be working with our Viral Coach partner to build and scale Angie's Vocals coaching and subscription program, as well as Angie Caldwell Voice Coaching services. This includes managing timelines, campaigns, and system integrations to ensure smooth launches and sustainable growth.

You'll work closely with Angie, the Founder/Director, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, deadlines are met, and systems are optimised for scale. This is a flexible role that offers the opportunity to shape how our marketing projects are planned and delivered as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing projects including coaching programs, subscription models, and service offerings.
  • Marketing Systems Management: Manage and optimise CRM platforms (Active Campaign, Keap, etc.), ensuring email marketing campaigns and automations run smoothly.
  • Workflow & Task Management: Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with the Viral Coach team, contractors, and internal staff to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Reporting: Provide progress updates to the Director, including project milestones, challenges, and next steps.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline systems, leverage automation, and improve efficiency.
About You
  • Ultra-organised and detail-oriented—you love keeping projects on track.
  • Experienced in managing projects from start to finish, ideally in marketing, coaching, or creative industries.
  • Confident using CRMs and email marketing platforms.
  • Skilled communicator who can coordinate multiple stakeholders with ease.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
  • Flexible, reliable, and proactive—you anticipate needs and take initiative.
This Role Will Suit
  • Someone looking for just a few hours a week to start, with the flexibility to grow into more.
  • A parent or carer seeking work that fits into school hours or other commitments.
  • A freelancer or consultant who enjoys working across creative and service-based projects.
  • Anyone who thrives in a flexible, purpose-driven environment and is excited about supporting a growing business.
  • Experience managing marketing or digital projects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools, email marketing, and/or online course platforms.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, project dashboards, and task management tools.
  • Previous experience in coaching, education, or creative industries is a bonus.
Why Join Us?
  • This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects from the ground up, starting with the scaling of two established coaching businesses. You'll have the freedom to work flexibly, contribute your expertise, and grow with the role as we expand.
