Accounts Payable Manager
  • Lead a high-performing AP team through transformation in a purpose-driven NFP organisation This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing BAU while supporting a major AP automation project Sydney CBD NSW 2000 | $55-57ph + Super | Immediate start | Temp-to-perm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support large AP team through BAU and project phases
  • Oversee AP operations, payments, reconciliations, and expense management
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS and home care standards
  • Support ERP and OCR system implementation (PeopleSoft + industry-specific software) Collaborate with project leads to streamline and automate AP processes
About You:
  • Strong end-to-end AP experience, ideally in NFP or service-based industries
  • Proven team leadership and management skills Experience with NDIS (highly desirable)
  • Hands-on with system implementations and process improvements
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and collaborative Comfortable with hybrid work (initially more in-office, then 3:2 WFH once trained)
