People and Culture Graduate supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience at RATP Dev Western Sydney Airport.
Your RoleHere's what you will be doing:
- Drafting job advertisements and posting roles online
- Conducting initial phone screens with potential applicants
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Acting as a point of contact for candidates throughout the process
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
- Supporting and improving the offboarding process
- Managing onboarding activities for new starters
- Assisting in coordination of graduate and industry programs
- Supporting planning and delivery of related events and activities
- Providing day-to-day administrative assistance to the P&C team
- Assisting with review and drafting of policies
- Supporting reward and recognition programs
- Gaining exposure to employment and industrial relations matters
What you'll need:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Psychology, ideally with a focus on Human Resources (transcript and proof of graduation required)
- Some professional experience in a People & Culture (HR) environment preferred
- Understanding of HR best practices
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and awards (highly desirable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop generalist HR skills
- Proactive attitude with initiative to face challenges and contribute to solutions
- Fixed-term full-time contract
- Gross salary from 70,000 to 80,000 per year
