$110,000 – $140,000 per year (+ Bonuses)

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and experienced full-time Hotel/Motel Managing Couple (permanent or relief) in Adelaide.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in hotel management and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. Solo managers are encouraged to apply as well if you believe you are fit for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception and front-of-house duties

Maintaining accurate records, reports and inventory

Overseeing staff, creating rosters, and liaising with external contractors

Utilising maintenance skills to address minor maintenance issues

Competitive salary and benefits package (based on the candidate's experience and skills)

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a hotel manager

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficient in computer systems and software used in the hospitality industry

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
