Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Clinical and Non-clinical Assessors at Centacare within the Single Assessment Services team. Assessors will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. The role is hybrid across various locations in Queensland.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience in conducting assessments and developing care plans
  • Knowledge of aged care, disability care, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with client-focused care approaches
  • Relevant qualifications in nursing, OT, psychology, or related fields & Ahpra registration required for Clinical assessor roles.
