TerryWhite Chemmart is one of Australia's leading retail pharmacy networks providing frontline healthcare. With over 600 community pharmacies across Australia, we are dedicated to offering accessible and expert health advice to every Australian. We focus on delivering high-quality, accessible, and cost-effective community-based healthcare services and programs.

This role is a critical part of our TWC Connect team, leading ad operations and overseeing the execution of all paid supplier campaigns across digital platforms. You'll be at the forefront of delivering innovative advertising solutions and driving campaign success.

Key Skillsets

  • Strong understanding of CPC and CPM ad formats
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (ideal) or Google Paid Ads
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and account management skills
  • Experience in digital campaign reporting and optimisation
  • Strong background in digital media planning & buying

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ad operations across the retail media business
  • Plan and activate PPC/CPM campaigns via the Zitcha retail media platform
  • Run paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and Google
  • Deliver campaign reporting and insights
  • Liaise with suppliers, supporting both managed and self-service campaigns
  • Take campaign briefs for website, loyalty, and digital assets outside Zitcha
  • Brief creative to studio teams and collaborate with channel owners to deliver campaigns (e.g. EDMs)
  • Drive innovation by testing new ad formats and enhancing product offerings
