Overview

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join the TwentyTwo crew on a 6-month contract (with potential to extend). You'll live and breathe Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and more, optimising campaigns, driving growth, and making sure every dollar of spend counts.

You'll be with us at our Fortitude Valley HQ (and from home on Tuesdays), working across multiple client accounts to maximise performance.

Responsibilities
  • Building, optimising, and scaling campaigns across paid platforms (core channels including Google Ads, Meta, Bing, plus emerging channels like Reddit + others)
  • Running tests, tweaking targeting, and squeezing every bit of value out of ad spend.
  • Analysing performance data and creating reports that turn numbers into stories.
  • Advising Account Managers on campaign strategy and performance insights.
  • Troubleshooting tracking/attribution issues, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Collaborating with creatives to brief ad assets that convert.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in performance marketing / paid media (agency experience a bonus).
  • A data-driven operator with deep platform knowledge.
  • Skilled across Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other paid channels.
  • Comfortable managing budgets and optimising for ROI.
  • Ability to manage high budget accounts, with budget pacing skills.
  • Confident at interpreting results and presenting them to clients.
  • A "story-seller" who can turn data from GA4/Looker Studio/Agency Analytics into compelling marketing insights.
  • A strategic thinker and problem solver who is naturally curious and always looking for ways to improve.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
