AAT Kings is seeking passionate individuals to join our crew in Alice Springs, where the outback adventure begins, and every day is filled with unique experiences.



The Role

As a Full-Time Driver Guide with AAT Kings, you\u2019ll lead the way in delivering exceptional tours for our guests. Based in Alice Springs, you\u2019ll be driving day tours showcasing the breathtaking beauty of Central Australia, including Uluru, Kata Tjuta, Kings Canyon, and more. You\u2019ll also operate shuttle and charter services, ensuring every journey is memorable. With no two days alike, and comprehensive training provided, you\u2019ll be well-prepared for all the adventures ahead.



What You\u2019ll Need To Succeed
  • A valid HR license (or currently obtaining)
  • Minimum 1 year of coach driving experience (desirable)
  • Current "Provide First Aid" certificate and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current NT Vehicle Passenger Authority (or willingness to obtain)
  • Police Check and Medical Check
  • Park Accreditation (Uluru & Kata Tjuta Knowledge for Tour Guides)
  • Confidence, customer focus, conscientiousness, and excellent communication skills
  • A passion for the outdoors and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment
