Residential Construction Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Estimator to join our team and play a key role in preparing accurate and timely sales estimates and tender pricing for investment properties.

As a Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality estimates that meet the needs of our clients. This includes:

  • Preparing detailed sales estimates and bills of quantities from concept drawings
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments for pricing updates
  • Ensuring all inclusions, exclusions, and client variations are accurately captured
  • Supporting the sales team with tender documentation and pricing breakdowns
  • Maintaining and updating price files and estimator tools

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales Estimator (preferably with an investment builder or volume builder)
  • A solid understanding of residential construction and building codes
  • Proficiency with estimating software Databuild
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
