About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Infrastructure & Endpoint Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent people skills, and the ability to document procedures, contribute to best practice frameworks, and assist with both ticket resolution and the implementation of new Microsoft-based solutions.

Our client has recently migrated from Google to Microsoft, so this role will also involve supporting adoption and optimization of the new environment.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Document technical procedures, configurations, and processes.
  • Provide input into developing and refining best practice standards.
  • Assist the team with incident and service request resolution.
  • Support the implementation of new Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders and end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Microsoft technologies.
  • Participate in application packaging and deployment activities

Requirements and Experience:

  • Tanium, SCCM, and Azure Update
  • Microsoft Intune and endpoint policy management
  • SSO and MFA implementation
  • Microsoft Purview or similar data security platforms
  • Solid troubleshooting and support capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • 4 days onsite in North Sydney.
