Only About Children Brunswick West is currently seeking experienced Cert III and Diploma qualified Educators to join our passionate and supportive team in a permanent full-time Educator role. Worker Retention Payment: Only About Children is proud to share that our application for the Worker Retention Payment has been approved. This means our team members will receive an additional 10% on top of the award rate, plus an extra 5% from December 2025, funded by the Australian Federal Government until 30 November 2026.

What We're Looking For
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or actively working toward it)
  • Previous experience in an early learning or long day care setting
  • A confident, caring approach with a strong focus on relationships
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team
  • A strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing
